XL 200 -- Expect Extra Large Performance
As part of the faster, more powerful XL Unloader series, Engineered Storage Products Company introduces the new XL 200, replacing previous Goliath and Alliance unloaders in existing Harvestore structures.
The XL 200 is designed for 20-foot and 25-foot Harvestore Structures with 24-inch and 30-inch troughs that are 7.5 inches deep.
Capable of moving more than 200 pounds per minute of 50% moisture haylage, the Harvestore XL 200 has a 25-horsepower variable speed direct drive compared to a 10-horsepower belt drive used in previous unloaders. This additional horsepower gives the XL 200 a cutter chain running force of 4,900 pounds versus only 1,800 pounds for the old Alliance unloader. Because of its additional power, the XL 200 will always outperform older model unloaders. The XL 200 is smaller than the Harvestore XL 400 unloader, so it fits into all existing Harvestore troughs too small for the XL 400.
 The Harvestore XL 200:
- Features more chain and arm force capacity
- Is available in 1-Phase or 3-Phase models
- Has low, high and four intermediate speeds, which can be changed as the unloader is running
- Offers a Load Sensing System to monitor and react to cutter arm loads
- Has an improved chain strength and design
- Features low maintenance
